Unfortunately, we cannot accept Medicaid or OHP at this time.

Coverage details and patient responsibility vary according to your specific Insurance plan. We will bill your primary Insurance carrier; Patients are responsible for the balance after insurance payments and fee reductions. 

If you need to make a payment, you can send it to our mailing address, or call to make other arrangements. We can accept major credit card payments via our client portal and over the phone.
